Skill development in each of these areas will be accomplished through participation in a variety of individual and groupevents. These events will take place within the context of a wholesome and supportive environment designed for the purpose of fostering enthusiasm and high achievement among the participants.

The organization provides humanitarian aid to help meet every day needs of underprivileged people in the U.S. and underdeveloped countries. In the process of meeting needs, the gospel of Jesus is shared as missionaries and ministers teach about Jesus and loving one another. The organization also conducts religious events and retreats for women to strengthen their spiritual journey.

We exist to provide: 1. Community development and care to , vulnerable children, powerless young-women and broken families located in Uganda, Africa. 2. The highest quality residential care for girls needing placement outside their home for the purpose of supporting each girl to heal from trauma and become responsible women who understand their value and potential. We undertake this mission on the premise that no girl is ever lost, all girls are valuable, and all are worthy of love.We take a long-term approach to what we do and go beyond simple involvement in the lives of the children, girls and people we serve.

Now, all RECD works are under the name of AIM (Aid in Myanmar) Program which was formally known as Aid Myanmar Project; (3) Church planting wherever the Lord opens the door; (4) Networking with other ministers in and out of Myanmar through Global Myanmar Ministers Alliance (GMMA); (5) Conducting the Bible Project which involves printing the Bible in the language of Myanmar; (6) Translating Christian materials from English into Burmese and Zomi (Chin) and many more.

To organize , lead and participate in programs that will assure those in need, whether homeless, abused women and children, those needing drug and alcohol rehabilitation, or those in need of food, clothing or shelter, will be able to find and assistance from the . To provide resources and sometimes funding to those in need, and to work with the court system to help women who have been incarcerated to reintegrate into the community and become productive members.
